Clubs are increasingly confronted with diverse and ever more complex tasks in their daily work. Running a modern soccer club has long been comparable to running a company in the private sector. More and more clubs are therefore recognizing that the analysis of the club structure and its offerings has become an important task for club management. This is precisely where the club advisory service supports the BFV member clubs, most of which are run on a voluntary basis, with information and advice. While working with the clubs that want to develop further, the club consultancy focuses on a holistic approach in order to optimally support the clubs in their work.
