One element of the master plan initiated by the DFB and BFV in 2014 is the so-called "club dialog".
This involves representatives of the BFV (including the president and managing director) visiting a local club to hold a joint, open discussion with those responsible at the club (usually from 6 p.m.). The direct exchange is intended to strengthen communication between the parties involved and create more clarity about expectations, objectives and challenges. The BFV is therefore looking for clubs that are interested in a club dialog and would like to exchange ideas with the regional association. You can now simply register for the club dialog.
The BFV usually holds twelve club dialogs per year. The BFV representatives would like to visit a club and have an open, cooperative and collegial discussion lasting around 90 minutes. The aim is to exchange and discuss problems, ideas, club projects and opportunities for the association. In addition, the association dialog serves to provide the associations with assistance in order to prepare them for future association work.
