The Executive Committee performs the tasks that are not expressly reserved for the Association Congress or another body of the Berlin Football Association. It conducts the business and manages the operations of the association's facilities. In representing the association, it also assumes the task of negotiating with institutions outside the association

In accordance with Section 22a of the BFV Articles of Association, the Executive Committee is made up of the following members: Bernd Schultz (President), Özgür Özvatan (Vice President Social Responsibility), Christian Gaebler (Vice President Communications), Thorsten Manske (Vice President Finance & Marketing), Jan Schlüschen (Vice President Legal), Kevin Langner (full-time Managing Director) and, until 30.11.2025, Ralph Rose (Vice President Future BFV) in accordance with Section 26 BGB, whereby the association is jointly represented in and out of court by two of these members. Together with the full-time Managing Director, Kevin Langner, they form the Executive Board.
