The BFV Sports Court decides in sports court proceedings as the court of first instance unless the jurisdiction of the Association Court, the Match Committee or the Youth Committee applies. In proceedings that relate exclusively to matters of recreational league soccer, the presidium may delegate jurisdiction to the sports court in the area of recreational groups/recreational leagues. The sports court is responsible for appeals against decisions of the match committee or referee committee.
