The Qualification Committee is the supreme body for all questions and decisions in the field of training and further education in the BFV, which works closely with the coaching and referee teaching staff.
In accordance with the statutes, the Qualification Committee is responsible for the following tasks
- Planning and implementation of training in accordance with the DFB training regulations
- Planning and implementing the BFV's own training and further education programs
- Recruitment and training of instructors
- Quality assurance in training
- Planning and implementing violence prevention measures
- Designing curricula and implementing measures in the area of education and training for youth managers, coaches and supervisors as well as club board members and referees in close coordination with the match committee, the youth committee and the referee committee
- Initiating and coordinating measures in the areas of school/club and school/sport together with the school authorities
- Planning special training courses for women and girls
