Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes, for example, the name, e-mail address or telephone number. But data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites have been viewed by someone also count as personal data.
It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. If personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request

Data is collected in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the error-free technical provision of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources.
SSL encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Cookies
Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

For cookies that are not technically necessary, for example for marketing purposes, the user's consent is obtained via the cookie banner, so that Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR is the legal basis for this. Integration of third-party services and content
Third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, may be integrated into this online offering. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") are aware of the user's IP address. This is because without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the respective user's browser. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Insofar as we are aware of this, we will inform users of this.
