The Association Court is the supreme judicial body of the BFV. It is responsible

  • for appeals against decisions of the sports court
  • as the first instance on the exclusion of a club from the BFV. Appeals against this decision may be lodged with the Advisory Board
  • for decisions on the jurisdiction of a BFV body in cases of doubt
  • for decisions on the legality of a removal from office
