The legal bodies of the Berlin Football Association punish violations of BFV law and decide on disputes under BFV law, unless the decision is expressly reserved to another BFV body.

The BFV's judicial bodies are the Association Court and the Sports Court. They perform their duties in accordance with the provisions of the statutes and regulations.
