The Association Congress is the highest organ of the BFV and is held every fourth calendar year. The Association Congress is entitled to make decisions on all association matters, unless these are delegated to other BFV bodies in accordance with the statutes.

The Association Congress is composed of

  • the representatives of the members,
  • the members of the Presidium,
  • the honorary president and honorary members,
  • the members of the committees,
  • the members of the legal bodies,
  • the auditors,
  • the representatives of members with special voting rights

Annual General Meeting 2025

In accordance with § 13 No. 2 of the statutes of the Berlin Football Association, the Executive Committee of the Berlin Football Association has convened the ordinary Association Day for Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in the community center of the Evangelical Free Church Schöneberg (Hauptstraße 125 in 10827 Berlin).
