The Berlin Football Association organizes numerous events every year, sometimes together with its partners. Examples include the Sparki Cup and the degewo SOCCERlympics. The BFV also supports and organizes a number of DFB events. These include the DFB Cup final and DFB international matches held in Berlin.

The BFV is also responsible for volunteering at various Berlin sporting events and offering exciting event modules.
