Finances, match operations & IT: What's new

Soccer is constantly evolving. The year 2025 once again held numerous adjustments and innovations in store for TEAM BERLIN, and it was easy to lose track of them all. In order to make the start of 2026 as smooth as possible for you, we have summarized all current, relevant changes in the areas of finance, match operations and IT in an information document, where there were still teething problems during the year and which also await you from the turn of the year:

"Things to know and what's new from 2026"

The document provides all the information on the following points

  • Additional office hours of the registration office for changeover period two

  • Abolition of the cash desk for cash deposits at the BFV office

  • Adjustment of contributions and fees as well as expenses and travel expenses for referees

  • Review of the required licenses for coaches at the start of the second round

  • Adjustment of the charge for referee positions

  • New club file storage in "Phoenix Documents"

  • Club upload of documents (e.g. justification for match rearrangements)

  • Possibility of direct debit payment by clubs

  • Settlement of appeals by monthly statement

  • Charging of match-fixing fee to the applicant club
