defendo Cup: Cup fever in Lichterfelde

On May 29, another highlight of the Berlin Final Summer 2025 will take place at the Lichterfelde stadium (Ostpreußendamm 3-17, 12207 Berlin): Berlin's twelve best Ü teams, from Ü32 to Ü60, will meet on Ascension Day. The association's most experienced footballers will play for the titles in their age groups in six finals.

Seven hours of cup football

The FC Brandenburg 03 and SV Hürriyet Burgundy Ü50 teams will kick off the defendo Cup for seniors and senior leagues at 9:00 am. As last year, all six final matches will take place on the grass and artificial pitch of the Lichterfelde stadium. Over seven hours of exciting cup soccer will be played on these very pitches. One of the highlights of the cup day will be the rematch of the over-40s 11s final, in which BFC Meteor defeated Hertha BSC last year after a thrilling 6:5 n.E. to secure the title.

Tickets can only be purchased digitally or as Print@Home tickets. These serve as tickets for all defendo Cup finals taking place on the day. Online purchase is still possible on the day of the match itself, but there is no traditional box office at the stadium entrance. The prices for this are five euros or three euros for reduced admission (all prices plus service charge).
