The Berliner Fußball-Verband e.V. offers a training course on the rules for coaches, supervisors, parents and other interested parties.
In the training course, we present the difficult tasks of referees and go into the most important basics of the rules and regulations, information on how to officiate a game, as well as regulations for small and large pitches or other special features for Berlin soccer.
This should enable you to officiate as a substitute referee at matches without referees appointed by the BFV.
This is an approximately three-hour event.
The minimum number of participants for the rules and regulations training course is 12. You will receive a rules and regulations card as proof.
The rules and regulations card is valid for at least three years. It is not necessary to take an examination to obtain the rules and regulations card. In accordance with the BFV's match regulations, holders of a valid rules certificate may officiate a match in front of untrained persons if there is no appointed or trained referee on site.
We are also happy to come to your club to conduct an "information event", e.g. when a D-youth team switches to the big pitch. This information event lasts about two hours.
In the meantime, we have trained almost 1100 interested parties to become rules experts. In addition to the rules in coach training, in the children's and youth driving license or in the individual clubs.
The costs of this training and further education amount to €15.00 per participant to compensate for personnel and material costs and are collected via the associated club. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, a flat rate of 12 participants will be charged. The training can either take place at the BFV office or directly at your club if you organize the premises and equipment yourself.
We are also happy to come to your club to conduct a pure information event on certain rules, e.g. when a D-youth team switches to the large pitch. This information event lasts about two hours and costs €200.00 per event.
