Spontaneous help is not always enough. Many clubs are looking for coaches, who are often recruited from parents or other people in the immediate vicinity of the club. These people do not always have relevant previous experience, but are dependent on the help of experienced coaches or support from the club.
As one of 21 state associations of the German Football Association (DFB), the Berlin Football Association is responsible for the training and further training in the area of C and B licenses. In addition, the association is responsible for further education courses to prepare for obtaining a license and other educational offers for coaches in amateur soccer.
