On the following pages, we provide information about the support measures for referees. The referee committee has been focusing on three support measures for years.
The basic support measure for talented young referees is the junior performance squad. Here, young referees up to the age of 18 are supported and prepared for officiating in the men's game.
In the adult sector, referees can prove themselves in the development squad and performance squad teams.
The development squad team focuses on promoting talented referees in the men's district league and national league and preparing them for a permanent place in the performance area.
Our performance squad team looks after performance referees who want to make the leap to the national level and provides them with intensive support.
