B-License
The pro license of amateur soccer
By acquiring the B license, graduates have access to the license levels offered exclusively by the German Football Association (DFB). The B license thus represents the transition to a career in performance-oriented soccer and focuses exclusively on activities in ambitious youth and adult soccer.
Participation in the course is only possible after successfully completing the admission procedure.
The course itself comprises 120 learning units and is carried out in a blended learning format, i.e. alternating days of attendance, online learning and application phases at the home club.
Training objectives
The B-license training prepares the coaches ...
- actively involve the players in all processes relating to training, competition and team,
- build "inner strength" through sporting performance,
- to consistently demand the necessary "attitude" to achieve ambitious sporting goals,
- to "live" mutual help, open communication and respect in every situation,
- to promote a critical and constructive culture of discussion in order to find optimal solutions,
- individualize training (strengths/weaknesses profile, fitness),
- complex training, but at the same time continue to encourage and challenge the individuality of the players,
- prepare youngsters in good time for the training and playing intensity, dynamics and psychological and mental demands of adult soccer.
