Whatever role you take on as a volunteer, expectations are high. Parents want their children to be perfectly looked after, players want a referee to perform flawlessly and the first chairperson should, at best, be available full-time to competently manage the club's affairs. The Berlin Football Association is committed to the qualification of all those involved in Team Berlin. For this reason, numerous subsidized educational measures are offered for all target groups in order to promote the individual development of all volunteers and others involved in the game.
