At the beginning of 2025, Berlin's amateur football community was invited to submit videos of spectacular goals via the TEAM BERLIN APP to submit them. Once again, there was a lively participation, so that eight goals were finally in the final selection, in which Vicente Schmelz from the C-juniors of SV Empor Berlin prevailed with his directly converted free kick. The voting victory earned him an exclusively flocked TEAM BERLIN jersey and an engraved trophy as a memento. His prizes were presented to him by Nico Zündorf, BFV employee responsible for association development, innovation and the DFB master plan, during a league match.

Next campaign in the starting blocks

Recording entire matches or individual scenes is not only worthwhile for analysis or as a personal souvenir, it can also be worthwhile for the next "Your Dream goal" campaign. TEAM BERLIN is already being called upon to continue to diligently point the camera at the field or rummage through old video folders - provided that the rights of use for the video recording can be transferred to the BFV. The BFV will announce the next campaign this year and is looking forward to numerous uploads to the TEAM BERLIN APP.
