The Advisory Board of the Berlin Soccer Association is responsible for advising on and making decisions regarding matters delegated to it by the Association Assembly or provided for in the bylaws. The Advisory Board may, subject to approval by the next Association Assembly, temporarily enact or repeal provisions of the bylaws and other resolutions of the Association Assembly that do not amend the bylaws in the form of an administrative order.

At its last meeting on Monday, June 22, 2026, the Advisory Board passed resolutions on the following motions (details can be found in the motion document ):

• Urgent Motion No. 2: Reduction of the processing fee for the payment of referee expenses by the BFV – approved
• Motion No. 1: Editorial amendment to the rules of play to specify dates and times – approved
• Motion No. 2: Relaxation of the licensing requirement for the C and D junior state league – approved
• Motion No. 3: Scheduling of matches in the Over-50 and Over-60 divisions even during school vacations – approved
• Amendment to Motion No. 4: Scheduling matches in the over-age divisions – rejected
• Motion No. 5: Multiple teams in a single cup competition – rejected
• Motion No. 6: Players’ eligibility to play for multiple teams of the same club in the same cup competition – approved
• Motion No. 7: Separate tallying of yellow cards in cup and league play – approved
• Urgent Motion No. 1: Tightening of the rule regarding proof of eligibility through current player photos – approved
• Motion No. 8: Right to object due to outdated player photos limited to clubs directly involved in the match – approved
• Amendment to Motion No. 9: Incorporation of the DFB regulation on tin*eligibility into the BFV Registration Regulations – approved
• Amendment to Motion No. 10: Confidentiality of designated representatives regarding tin*playing eligibility enshrined in the BFV Registration Regulations – approved
• Motion No. 11: Incorporation of the DFB regulation on dual playing rights in youth soccer into the BFV Registration Regulations – approved
• Motion No. 12: Editorial amendment to the Financial Regulations regarding expense reimbursements – approved
• Motion No. 13: Failure to comply with transfer windows in the Berlin League for A, B, and C juniors will result in sanctions involving match results – approved
• Motion No. 14: Smaller division sizes in youth soccer starting with the 2027/2028 season, resulting in increased relegation in 2026/2027 – approved
• Motion No. 15: Incorporation of the DFB regulation regarding the eligibility of junior players for men’s and women’s teams into the BFV Youth Regulations – approved
