“One Team Berlin.” This phrase encapsulates the vision that the Berlin Football Association has set out in its mission statement and which guides the strategic club and association development process from 2026 to 2029 (more information on the TEAM BERLIN Strategy).
The mission statement also states, “Berlin is a city that needs amateur soccer.” And further: “Soccer that is accessible to everyone.” This is not yet a reality, as the diversity of Berlin’s urban society is not reflected to the same extent in Berlin soccer. Access to Team Berlin is difficult for some people, and moving around in soccer-specific spaces is not safe or easily possible for everyone.
Submit proposals and develop a logo by July 1
Girls, women, inter, non-binary, trans, and agender individuals are among those who are underrepresented in Berlin soccer and often cannot experience it free from discrimination. The BFV wants to change this and has launched the TEAM BERLIN REPLAY strategy . The substantive foundation, including areas of action and measures to be implemented, is in place; now it is time to bring the strategy to life visually.
To this end, the BFV is seeking a freelance graphic artist/designer or an agency to create a logo that will raise the profile of the TEAM BERLIN REPLAY initiative. The logo should help address the target audience directly and consistently across various communication channels and convey the initiative’s core message: Soccer is for everyone. We especially encourage FLINTA* individuals as well as FLINTA*-led design studios/agencies to apply.
Proposals may be submitted through the following form until July 1, 2026: Call for Proposals: TEAM BERLIN REPLAY Logo Development

At the official presentation of the strategy during a tournament of the BFV girls’ soccer project “Alle kicken mit” in December 2025, the children in attendance put their own logo ideas for the strategy down on paper. The perspective of the girls*, which is even less influenced by existing structures and ways of thinking, provided valuable insights and will be incorporated into the final version.
