BFV and Alpha-Reha Berlin launch premium partnership

The Berlin Football Association (BFV) and Alpha-Reha Berlin officially announced their new cooperation on January 23, 2026 as part of the Innovation Award ceremony and the TEAM BERLIN kick-off dialog. Alpha-Reha Berlin receives the status of Premium Partner of the Berlin Football Association and becomes the official therapy center of the Berlin Football Association.

The aim of the cooperation is to support the approximately 250,000 members of the BFV with high-quality medical, therapeutic and rehabilitative services. As part of the partnership, Alpha-Reha Berlin promotes the work of the BFV at the Berlin soccer base, while the BFV supports the communication goals of Alpha-Reha.

One focus of the cooperation is the rapid and professional treatment of sports injuries, especially for active players and referees. In addition, joint qualification measures are planned in the areas of prevention, training management, first aid and metabolism & nutrition.

"With Alpha-Reha Berlin, we have gained a strong partner who supports our clubs and active players with a high level of professional expertise and strengthens our work at grassroots level in the long term," says Bernd Schultz, President of the Berlin Football Association. "The partnership with the BFV enables us to bring our medical and therapeutic expertise to Berlin soccer in a targeted manner and to further expand access to high-quality rehabilitation and health services," explains Ralf Hackbarth, Managing Director of Alpha-Reha Berlin.

With the new premium partnership, the Berlin Football Association and Alpha-Reha Berlin are sending a clear signal for health, prevention and quality in Berlin soccer.
