Final match day in the women's Polytan Cup

This year, Berlin soccer will once again be looking to Mariendorf on Whit Sunday. On May 24, 2026, the finals will be played in the Polytan Cup for the 1st women, the 2nd women and the 7s women.

7s women to kick things off

The first match of the day will be played by the 7s women at 10:00 am. The match will be between Viktoria Berlin III and Türkiyemspor IV. The Viktoria Berlin team beat FC Nordost Berlin 3-2 in the semi-final, while Türkiyemspor won the final a day later with a 7-2 victory over Spandauer Kickers. The two teams have yet to meet in the league. Viktoria Berlin III currently occupy second place in the Berlin League, level on points with the first-placed team, while Türkiyemspor are top of the Landesliga table. Both teams have the opportunity to finish the season as champions of their respective leagues and celebrate with a win in the cup on Sunday.

Final of the Polytan Cup from 2nd Women

The final of the Polytan Cup for the second women and above will be played between Hertha BSC II and Viktoria Berlin U20. The Berlin League side Viktoria Berlin squeezed into the cup final in a penalty shoot-out against the team from Türkiyemspor U23. The other semi-final between Hertha BSC II and Blau Weiß Hohen Neuendorf went in Hertha's favor. Hertha BSC are unbeaten at the top of the Landesliga table with 69 points and can build on their perfect season so far with a cup win. Viktoria Berlin's U20s are currently in third place in the Berlin League. It remains exciting to see which team will prevail on Sunday and celebrate as cup winners at the end of the day.

Showdown of the 1st women at 15:00

At 3:00 pm, the final of the Polytan Cup for the 1st women will take place at the end of the day. Berolina Mitte and FSV Hansa 07 will face each other in the match for the trophy. The Berolina Mitte team only played the semi-final against Borussia Pankow last Sunday and advanced to the final with a commanding 7:1 victory. A month earlier, Hansa 07 had already secured their place in the final with a 4-2 win over Viktoria Mitte in the first semi-final in front of a breathtaking crowd. Both teams already know each other, as they both play in the Berlin League. Berolina Mitte occupy second place in the table with 63 points, while FSV Hansa 07 are in sixth place with 38 points. On Sunday, both teams can become cup winners for the first time in their club history and crown a successful season. Last Monday's Media Day was the first opportunity to get in the mood for the final day on Sunday with lots of fun and anticipation. In addition to photos and social media challenges, Matthias Vogel from rasenperlen.de also spoke to the (co-)captains of the two teams. The interview can be here can be read here.
