Volunteers and dual students wanted in Berlin soccer

The Berlin Football Association is once again offering a variety of entry-level opportunities for young, committed people who want to play an active role in shaping soccer in Berlin. We are looking for volunteers as well as a football-interested and committed person for a dual study program in the field of event management.

Voluntary service in the BFV

In the 2026/27 season, the BFV's voluntary service will enter the next round. The Voluntary Social Year (FSJ) or Federal Voluntary Service (BFD) can be completed either in a Berlin soccer club, in the BFV projects Alle kicken mit! or FUSSBALL GRENZENLOS or in the areas of events, club and association development or qualification:

We are looking for volunteers (m/f/d):

The aim of the voluntary services is to sustainably strengthen the development of clubs and associations through the involvement of young, committed individuals. Depending on the field of work, the volunteers support, for example, public relations, event management or social projects. In addition to a varied and practical field of work in Berlin soccer, the BFV also offers volunteers the opportunity to obtain a C coaching license and take part in further training measures. The volunteer service starts in September of this year and we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.

Dual study program in event management

In addition, the BFV is looking for a dual student in the field of event management (m/f/d) in a 4-to-1 model with 25 hours per week starting October 1, 2026. The advertised position is aimed at applicants with a technical college entrance qualification or general university entrance qualification and a confirmed place on a dual study program in sports management for the winter semester 2026/27.

A detailed description of the areas of responsibility and a list of our expectations can be found in the job portal: Dual Student Event Management
