Healthy soccer from 30 with FitKick

"FitKick - Fit & Fun with Football" is an innovative DFB pilot project in collaboration with Oldenburg University Hospital. The aim is to rethink soccer as a health-promoting leisure sport for people aged between 30 and 75 - with fun, exercise and minimal risk of injury.

What is FitKick?

FitKick is a specially developed soccer variant with adapted rules that is led by trained coaches. The training playfully combines coordination and cognitive exercises with soccer and is aimed at all people with or without soccer experience.
