Change period II: Additional office hours

The changeover phases mean an increased workload and a lot of communication for club managers and the BFV registration office every six months. For this reason, the BFV registration office has set up additional telephone consultation hours for the changeover phase II in order to optimize the processes.

The additional office hours:

  • Friday, January 30 - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, January 31 - 12:00 to 15:00

  • Monday, February 2 - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Monday, February 16 - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
