Berlin volunteer exchange inspires new volunteers

Once again, the Rotes Rathaus on Alexanderplatz was transformed into the central meeting place for voluntary work and volunteering. At the 19th Berlin Volunteer Exchange on April 25 in the Wappensaal, the Berlin Football Association also presented itself together with the Traditionsgemeinschaft des Fußballsports Berlin (VAR).

The BFV and the VAR were represented by Artin Inekci, deputy chairman of the Social Responsibility Committee, Hannah Bachhoffer, member of the Young Generation U30 presidium, and Ingo Büchner-Fenner, state volunteer representative, as well as Frank-Lutz Langer, assessor on the VAR board.

The stand was well attended right from the start and numerous questions from interested visitors were answered. The topics ranged from voluntary work to FSJ opportunities in clubs and at the association. The questions revolved around finding suitable clubs, support options from the BFV and football-related school projects. The VAR provided information and details about its structures, events and objectives.
