Update: General refusal for competitive matches up to and including January 18, 2026

Up to and including Sunday, January 18, 2026, the existing general cancellation for BFV match operations applies. The regulation continues to apply to all competitive matches in the men's, senior, youth, women's and recreational sectors. Friendly matches are permitted again with immediate effect, provided the sports facilities are not closed.

The general cancellation of competitive matches, including at weekends, also prevents the unprepared resumption of matches without prior training.

Planned indoor tournaments arenot affected by the general cancellation. Should there be any further changes due to weather conditions or official decisions, the BFV will inform you in good time via its official channels.
