The Berlin Football Association has extended the original general cancellation until Wednesday up to and including Sunday, February 1, 2026. The reason for this is the ongoing closure of the majority of Berlin's sports facilities due to the current weather conditions.

All regular and recreational matches at BFV level are affected. Test matches can take place if the pitches are individually playable. The responsible sports authorities must be consulted for this. Matches at NOFV and DFB level are also not affected by the general cancellation. Here, too, however, there may be an increased number of match cancellations. Indoor tournaments are expected to take place as planned.
