About the project Ready. Set. Coach.
There is a noticeable shortage of female* coaches in the Berlin club landscape. Despite an increasing number of female* players, the number of female* coaches remains low. The Ready. Set. Coach. project of the Berlin Football Association in cooperation with its premium partner Nike has therefore set itself the goal of accompanying girls* and women* (age range: 14 to 20 years) on their first steps on the way to becoming a soccer coach - through exchange, training, practical experience, a strong network and a lot of empowerment. After two successful years, the project is now entering the next round.
