Youth profile
As a youth coach, you will accompany players on their way to the big pitch and lay a sustainable technical and tactical foundation for their careers. With the youth profile, you will take the decisive step on the way to the DFB C license with a focus on youth soccer.
Training objectives
The C license training prepares the coaches ...
- to promote enjoyment of movement and playing soccer,
- to develop the soccer performance and personality of the players
- train in a game-oriented and motivating way,
- to enable soccer learning through "controlled" forms of play,
- to convey the joy of individual and team progress,
- create a positive team atmosphere, promote team processes and communicate in a respectful, open and goal-oriented manner,
- discuss conflicts in a constructive and solution-oriented manner,
- to actively involve the players through co-determination and creative opportunities.
Admission requirements & documents
- Completed DFB Junior Coach or DFB Basic Coach (not older than three years)
- Minimum age 16 years
- Access to a team in the youth sector for the entire duration of the course
- Complete participation documents (only applies to graduates of the DFB Junior Coach)
- Full participation in all parts of the course (online & face-to-face)
