The Berlin Football Association invites all member clubs to become part of the new Ü35 women's league. Last year's inaugural event, the Over-35 Women's Tournament in Berlin-Kreuzberg in summer 2024, in which a total of eleven Berlin clubs took part, showed how great the interest and potential is for a sustainable league offering in this area. Team registrations are required by June 30, 2025.
The game is played according to the applicable small pitch rules. According to section 6, paragraph 3g of the rules, players who are 35 years or older on match day may be used. In addition, up to two players who are at least 30 years old on match day may be listed on the match report sheet and used in these teams.
A relay has a size of three to six teams, so that age and age-appropriate play will be possible. A special incentive at the start: The registration of an over-35 women's team will not be included in the club's referee target/actual calculation in the 2025/2026 season.
In addition, the Berlin Ü35 champions automatically qualify for the Ü35 NOFV Championship, which takes place annually in June. The winners in turn qualify for the DFB Over-32 Women's Cup.
